Felice Rood founded the Sacramento Turtle and Tortoise Club in April of 1981, and at its peak had nearly 1,000 members. Felice passed away in October of 2021. This site will remain up for an indefinite period of time, so that her vast library of information can be accessed. Felice's videos will always be available on her YouTube channel.
